Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with SD Smoke Delivery. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Age Verification & Delivery Requirements
- Minimum Age: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any tobacco, vape, or electronic cigarette products from our store.
- Adult Signature Required: All shipments containing age-restricted items require a physical adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
- ID Verification: The delivery courier will verify your government-issued photo ID at the door. Delivery will be denied without a valid ID, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
- No P.O. Boxes: Due to carrier regulations regarding adult signatures, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or military bases.
2. Order Processing Time
- Daily Cutoff: All in-stock orders received by 12:00 PM PST are processed for shipment the same business day.
- Standard Processing: Orders placed after the cutoff, or during weekends and federal holidays, will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Verification Delays: To prevent fraud, certain orders may be flagged for manual payment or age verification, which can hold a package for up to 48 hours.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at the checkout page. We partner with specialized private couriers and regional networks to comply with all PACT Act transit restrictions.
- Standard Shipping: Delivers in 3 to 7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivers in 2 to 3 business days.
- Free Shipping: Valid on orders over $75.00 (excludes overweight items or heavy bulk orders).
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, high carrier volume, or regional shipping restrictions.
4. Geographic & Product Restrictions
- Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT): Items containing flammable gases or liquids (such as butane or torch lighters) must ship via ground transportation only. Expedited or air shipping is not available for these products.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Tracking Number: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been packaged and handed to the carrier.
- Activation Time: Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active and update with the first scan.
6. Damages, Lost Packages, & Issues
- Carrier Liability: SD Smoke Delivery is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if the tracking status confirms successful delivery to your specified address.
- Filing a Claim: If your package arrived damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately.
- Reporting Window: Any defects or transit damages must be reported to our customer service within 3 days of delivery.
